Fraudulent charges from Zulily

I had 2 fraudulent charges from Zulily and I'm assuming my account was hacked through Facebook. Zulily at my request cancelled those two purchaces. I have 2 claims in with Paypal who took the money from my account even though I contacted them right away. It has now overdrafted my account. My rent check bounced! I'm so frustrated because Zulily seen they were fraud because someone was changing the shipping address and tried to change my email as well. So why is Paypal taking so long to give me my money back? Are they making interest while I deal with over drafts? They as much have told me that they are fraud. But it says waiting on zulily to respond to them Ugh! Thought I was protected. If and when they return my money I guess it goes on my paypal account not to my debit card that they took it from. So in other words I will have to wait longer to transfer from paypal to bank. I want to remove my bank account info. But how will I get the money transferred. I don't want my bank connected to paypal! How long to get my money back? PLEASE don't use sign in with Facebook on Zulily!

there is the Paypal account and there is the bank account linked to Paypal account,I assume you are telling us someone hacked into your FB account and bought 2 items from Zulily?

These payments were made via your Paypal account and Paypal took them from your bank account linked to your Paypal account?

There are 2 ways Paypal accesses your bank account ,either instant transfer or echeck.

It sounds like these are instant transfer and it put your bank account in negative territory and your rent check bounces.

to put the money back into your bank account would take days ,as Paypal uses ACH .

My finance professor never reconcile his checkbook, his defense is PILE ENOUGH MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT SO NO CHECK WILL EVER BOUNCE !

Good advice if  you have the $dough$
