Hi, a customer just made a purchase and I received an email stating I had money but I don't see any money in my Paypal account.

If you're not seeing anything in your Account transaction history and nothing has changed in your account balance - there's either a delay somewhere in the system and would just have to wait a bit - else, call customer support for assistance.
Or it's possible the email notification you received was fake. If you think it is, you can forward it to this address: spoof@paypal.com
* Forward the entire email to spoof@paypal.com.
* Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
* Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.
* Do not click on any links within the email - always login to your account direct through your browser.
