I purchased an item from ebay and i never recieved it i opened a case and got a refund. The refund was sent to my credit card which had been cancelled and the corresponding bank account closed 2 weeks before the refund was sent. That was on the 9th of September paypal is telling me the refund was successful as of September 22. Naturally i was angry becauae how can money be sent to a closed account. For the past 3 months ive been contacting paypal opening tickets to have refunds and they keep telling me that the refund was successful on the 22 ive even had a 3 way call with a paypal supervisor and the bank and the bank verified there is no record of any transaction from paypal since August. But paypal still wont refund me why? Its so frustrating.
