Recently I had a buyer file a claim which package was signed for. They then said that the package was empty, it contained a laptop and charger. Hard to mistake a 10 lb package for an empty one, AND SIGN FOR IT!!! Paypal is holding funds after he filed a claim. How long generally do they wait for the buyer to respond to claim on his end after I submitted my side to put funds back in my account?
1) package was delivered,
2) package was signed for,
then he files claim later (guess they didn't like product)?
I think it absolutely wrong for Paypal to automatically hold funds, before even reviewing the circumstances.
