bought a jacket on ebay it is a baracuta jacket from the 80s payed 70 dollar. seller said it was 46r which is large. When it came the tag said 46r but the jacket was shunk to small mans size . seller said he refund 50.00 and I would paid 20.00 for shipping and and also return shipping. I open a claim with paypal for full refund and lost. WHY no help from paypal
No one here can really answer your "Why" question. On the surface, per the info you posted, one would think that you had a good claim however, as no one here can view or look at account information so we can't make any judgements.
If you did happen to pay for this item using a credit card, suggest contacting your card issuer as it's possible they can do a chargeback for you.
