items not recieved

hi i paid for postage and items from seller and parcle togo didnt deliver to this adress,they wont do anything because i was not the sender,i paid via paypal and seller wont put in a claim to parcle togo what should i do

File for "item not received" via the "resolve a problem" link lower left of your paypal summary page.

 

Put in what has happened and escalate the dispute to a claim when you get that option.

 

Once opened DO NOT CLOSE IT until you get item or refund.

The seller may have sent it but you have not received it.

 

So file a dispute and when you have escalated it to a claim paypal will ask the seller for a tracking number that proves DELIVERY of the item to you and if they can't then you should get a refund as long as you met the criteria of buyer protection.

 

Its up to the seller to reimburse you and then its up to them to take it up with whatever postal service they sent it with to reimburse themselves.

Tried to do a "Kudos" for the helpful information on how to open a dispute on my Pay Pal page, but nothing happend when I clicked .
