help for negative ballance collection

I have had -58.00 ballance in my account , because I didn't have money to pay. I got letter from ACI LLC agency I got 30 days to pay. Now that I got money , who do I pay collection agency or PayPal?   because it still says -58.00 on my paypal

I guess what OP received is he have 30 days to pay the negative balance on his paypal account before the collection will take over.

Yes that could be the case otherwise as you said if they passed it to a debt collector it would go back to zero.
