Good morning. I recently purchased a shipping label through eBay. The label did not get used and was I am unable to void it for some reason (perhaps timing, it's been a little over 2 weeks). I wrote to the eBay link provided in PayPal... but haven't gotten a response. I tried to open a claim in the PayPal resolution center and it will not allow me to do that either. Does anyone know how I can go about getting a refund of the shipping? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
