Paypal protection is a joke. I placed an order to Nomorerack. They didnt shipp. Called them 3 times and numerous emails - they didnt have an order but had my money. They never entered an order just thought I would forget about it and they could keep my money for fre. Paypal says they proved shipemnt of non-exsiting order BUT paypal won't show me the proof. Paypal is supporting fraud by Nomorerack. They should know better. Their guarantee is uselessif they allow this fraud.
Paypal dispute resolvers are not willing to read emails and deal with the facts. They just want you to go away.
Even though a small amount I am going to keep pushing these useless customer service people until I AM NOT frauded by Paypal and Nomorerack.
