Unauthorized charge from Mission Fish

Has anyone else had a charge to their credit card from Mission Fish? Supposedly I made a donation to Mission Fish yesterday for $1.00. Did I do it in my sleep??? Has anyone had any dealings with Mission Fish?

I got charged $4 3 days ago by a merchant using the name "eBay Donation via Paypal Giving Fund", who happens to have the same phone number as Mission Fish. Paypal found an agreement that I never agreed to, supposedly started over 3 months ago.

eBay has no record of this charge or any agreement, while it was showing on Paypal's side as a valid eBay billing agreement. Paypal customer service took care of this for me, but it is very concerning that someone out there figured out how to produce fake billing agreements that look like legit eBay agreements in Paypal's system.

Some further investigation should be done by Paypal on this issue before this becomes another security breach scandal in the news.
