The rules are that you can only file a dispute 45 days after the purchase, but an exception has to be made for me and almost a hundred more customers who made a purchase from Robert. The item number is KWS. Many of us pre-ordered a box set he was making a year ago, my purchase was made on March 12th, 2013.
It has been a year and he has yet to supply any of us with this box set and he keeps advertising that he's selling more. I have multiple email addresses of those who purchased the box set and are complaining just as I am. What Robert is doing is committing fraud through PayPal and it should not continue. He doesn't respond to our messages, and when he rarely does, he says he's still working on them. We are all very upset and are afraid that none of us will receive our item or money back because of what he's done. Any help would be appreciated.
