Refund from Ebay to prepaid Visa...

I paid for a item on eBay through PayPal using a $50 Visa rebate card and it turned out that the item I bought was outta stock. The seller refunded my money and it shows the transaction on my PayPal account but the money showed it got fowarded to my CC. I logged into my CC account and it's not there. The purchase amount was $26.98 which $24.01 come from CC and remaining amount came from PayPal. The PayPal amount is in my account but I can't find the $24.01 . Please help or explain what's going on. Thanks, Josh

I don't know much about refunds for purchases with rebate cards, but isn't there usually a hold and processing time by the banks? When was the refund issued?
