Proof of address as a college student

I'm trying to see how I provide proof of address with no utility bills. The only bill sent to my permanent mailing address with my name on it is from the car insurance with my name & my mom's name on there. My bank statements are electronic & so are my credit card statements. What can I do to settle this issue?
