Paypal Refund

After Paypal decided to refund the buyer of my eBay auction, I appealed the decision.  They asked me to provide documentation from a third unbiased expert showing how the items, which were returned, were damaged.  I provided this documentation and proved the items were sent SEALED had been USED and damaged.  Paypal ruled in my favor on appeal and said they would rewarded me with a partial refund in the amount of $159.25.  That was on April 19th.  It is now May 1st, no refund, no e-mail, no nothing.  All I have is broken promises and alot of nonsense.  I've been dealing with Paypal on this issue for over 2 months now!  How on earth do they expect honest, hardworking individuals such as myself (I have over 210 positive feedbacks on eBay with 0 negative) to continue to associate with this site when they conduct themselves in such an uprofessional manner?  They promised me yesterday this would definitely be resoved today but they've never kept their word on anything they have said thus far and just continue to string me along.  Very, very frustrated.  Has anyone else ever gotten a refund successfully from Paypal?  Please let me know.

Hi,

Did you receive your refund? I am about to go through the same thing. How did you prove you sent it sealed and then received your item opened and damaged?

It's all a big game, Ebay just refunded a buyer of mine because they said item was not as described. But of course it was, and Ebay now is a buyer site, where  the customer is always right and the sellers must suffer.

thanks
