A chargeback is done directly via a buyers credit card company.

If the card company find in their customers favour then of course that customer has to have their money back again.

BUT you would not lose out either if you were covered by seller protection as paypal would reimburse you.

Unfortunately any ''virtual or digital items'' (which it sounds as if yours are), are NOT covered by seller protection.

You can sell them but at your own risk.

Okay so I know this is crazy but the person claimed that they didn't authorize the purchase but I  have proof they did I m assuming they used someone else's card to pay for my ejuice. So am I responsible for this jackal using someone else's card?

No you are not responsible for their unauthorised purchase but you are responsible in making sure you qualify for seller protection when you sell.

If you lose a chargeback or unauthorised payment dispute then paypal would reimburse you BUT only if you qualified for seller protection.

If you choose to negate your seller protection by selling virtual items then that is your risk and not paypals as you were the one that chose to go ahead without seller protection.
