Old dispute

I have a dispute that is more then 45 days old.  My fault for beiving the seller.  Now paypal won't help.  Guess I need to find a new on-line payment service.  Who's good?

If u paid by card ask your card provider/bank to chargeback for u

Since November you can file a dispute in the US up to 180 days.
