Is this a scam/fraud - Disney tickets?

I am looking at purchasing 4 passes to Disney World from a buyer off Craigslist.  I was given the yahoo address to send the payment via Paypal.  And was told they needed my email address and information to transfer the tickets into my name and send the tickets once payment is received.  If it is all done via paypal should I feel secure about the transaction?  And if the tickets do not work would I be able to request a claim to get my money back?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

Craig's list + PayPal + Tickets = possibly a bad experience.

What you need to be aware of is that Tickets are not covered for buyer protection.  PayPal classifies Event Tickets under Services.  Scammers are well aware of PayPal's Polices (User Agreement) and how to use those Policies against you.  Selling Tickets is a common scam.  You pay and unfortunately receive nothing.

As a buyer, you should not use the Send Money feature for a purchase of this nature.  The seller (if legit) should send you an invoice, this provides you with documentation that you are making a purchase.  However, it's really a moot point because you would not be covered for buyer protection thru PayPal.  If paying by credit card, as you do have documentation, it's possible that your credit card issuer could assist with a chargeback should something go wrong.

If you were buying the tickets from someone face to face for cash, that would be a safer method.
