I have found some Chinese suppliers and have been ripped off in the past by Chinese suppliers that only used Money Gram, Western Union or TT. I have found some that accept Paypal and have been audited by made-in-china.com and some on Global Sources. The company has a Paypal account but not their web site assuming that the website is only set up for showroom purposes.
Is is safe and am I protected when making a test order of about $200.00 through Paypal?
