Help moving forward - dispute (Will I get my money back from fraud)

Purchased items totaling $160.95 from company www.cymax.com. Paypal has escalated to claim but supposedly no one has received a dime from this company.

I, myself, have fallen under many categories including, not having an account after setting one up, no tracking number, was not charge the sale price I was told, not being answered by the company, and other things. Paypal also told me if I received the package to have the post office send it back and that the post office would charge the Cymax (this does not seem right, as you can see from many others). 

 

Does anyone have any advice moving forward on things to provide to help get my full refund?

Did you open a dispute claim via PayPal yet, do so if not.
