Has anyone heard of an MLM from Ireland called clickadpays.com that uses paypal to disburse monies?

Clickadpays.com and payadshares.com are two MLM "make easy money" programs that uses Paypal to disburse its MLM-generated funds to its members. Their latest, trinitylines.com, uses Payza.com. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they real?
