I am part of a group that filed referendums with the state of california to invalidate several resently passed assembly billes.
Our effort is official, complete with not for profit standing and filed with California's Fair Political Practices Commission
We found out that shortly after our site went up to provide information and collect donations, another, un-uffilitate site was also launched. They too initially solicited donations but after we contact them they removed links to the donation page. However, the donation page is still active if you append /donate to the URL.
My question is, can PayPal validate our claim and force them to stop accepting donations?
