Check your Primary Email for More Information

After a claim was fixed in my favour my account is limited. Now I have to fill in some details and.. "Check your Primary Email for More Information".

It's said that I would have received a mail with what to do. The only mail I got forwards me to the resolution center with no real explination on what to do..

I have contacted Paypal but they respond.. so.. slow..

 

Anybody have a clue what's meant or can help me further?
