I have read some threads in eBay's community Discussion Boards plus read some of the Dipsute, Claims and Chareback topics for Sellers in the PayPal Agreement. My concern from the eBay threads are scammers who wait for shipping and tacking info to get dropped on the PayPal site after (180 days?) and then the scammer processes a chargeback and wins a dispute ... subequently the the Seller loses the $$ from the original sale. Anyone have comments on this topic? Happened to you?
