Can't contact paypal

I was recently told by paypal that someone tried to accsess my account. I was asked to change the password which I did. I was asked to provide proof of who I was so I uploaded my license. I then got an email saying that the limitations still could not be lifted and I have to change my security questions. The problem is I can not get into my paypal accountto do this. It is impossible to contact them without being able to accsess my account. ugh! Does anyone have an suggestions?

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Thank you so much for your help. When I try to click on the contact button it makes me login to my paypal account which I am unable to do so it is no help. I can't even e-mail them 😕

In my country we have an option that says >>>

Contact us without logging in

on the same page when you click contact, not sure if you have that option as well??
