That method is a bit risky. Ask the seller to send you an invoice - doing so provides better documentation than you simply using the Send Money feature. Also you may want to consider paying with a credit card. Should things not go well and PayPal does not decide in your favor, you can contact your card issuer for possible assistance with a chargeback.
