Payment due date

Hi, I am experiencing an ongoing problem, I have repeatedly tried to correct this and am not getting any cooperation from Paypal.

my credit account payment is due on the 10th of each month, but every month around the 3rd I receive an email from paypal stating that my payment is due and **bleep** that I need to pay my payment, I have message customer service a few times, and this just keeps happening every month, I need paypal to get it together and stop hassling me, I know what day my payment is due, why do they insist on causing problems and friction?

Unfortunally it's not an issue that can be resolved here as this is a peer to peer community.  Not sure if you have the option in your account to turn off the notifications for PayPal Credit - you may have to phone PayPal Credit's customer service department and ask.
