PayPal smart connect for payments on items

I had to delete old acct due to fraudulent activity and I made new acct how do I add my PayPal smart connect acct as form of payment on new one

You should contact Smart Connect customer service and tell them you made a new a PayPal account.

Ask if they can add your Smart Connect account to your new PayPal account, so you can have access to Smart Connect in your PayPal Wallet.
