I have a negative balance in my PayPal Credit account - IE I returned an item and the credit brought my balance (what I owe PayPal Credit) to -$215.
Every communication with customer service gets me the canned "How to Request a Refund from a Merchant" or "How to Transfer your balance"; neither of which apply (the PayPal Credit money does not show as, and can not be transferred to, my PayPal balance.
As this is MY money, I would like to be the one making interest on it ....
For reasons, that I will not go into here, calling is not an option.
