Your information was incomplete or inaccurate or the circumstances may have suggested that the purchase was not made by you.
Every time I apply that PP credit, It will show this sentence to me
And I don't understand how to solve it.
Please give me some suggestes

You may want to contact PayPal' Credit Customer Service Department for assistance - go to this page, under "Managing Your PayPal Credit Account", look for "Is there a number I can call if I have additional questions?".
