Why isn't my Pay After Delivery not working?

Why isn't my Pay After Delivery not working all of a sudden? even though I used it last week. Is there a limit on how many items you can buy with it or what. They said not every seller uses the service and that it is up to the seller on whether to use it or not? Well I guess I have gotten some bad luck cause everyone that I bought from last week used it and now this week no one uses it.

Did you ever get an answer? I am having the same problem and even called PayPal and they said it should be working and had zero answers for me. I use it all the time even just 2 days ago.

They said that i had a payment was declined by my bank and my account was flagged.

Must explain why my isn't working and had me confused now will get 2 charges due to me thinking I was using PAD when I paid. But they got their money from my back up funding so why flag a payer.

Ditto. It always worked in the past and my account is in perfect standing. The last two weeks of Christmas shopping and ALL transactions were deducted immediately, EVEN THOUGH I am clearly reading that my deductions will take place two weeks later (on both ebay and on PayPal). This really stinks. Is PayPal doing something differently during the holiday season? The vendors I am working with haven't changed their policy as far as I can tell.

Wow. That's crazy. I think something should take place to compensate all of us who are thinking we have an option only to find out it does not exist.
