I have bought a Vinnala Visa card and I would like to set up a paypal account using only this money.
No. I do not want to link a credit/debit card.
No. I do not want to give my social security.
Yes, I want to be able to recieve money to my paypal account.

Basically no, as your account will have limits. If you really want to use PayPal, you need to meet certain requirements, if you cannot, then perhaps another service would work better for you. See this list of alternative services.
