i just bought a paypal prepaid card, i tried activating it on the paypal-prepaid site but it says "we're sorry, there is a problem with your account" when i try and register it. it tells me to call 1-866-753-6440 but when I do it asks me for the last 4 digits of my social secuirity number. i know i'm typing it in correctly but it keeps saying that im wrong, then send to me to an actual person. too bad everytime i try "no one is available" I'm assuming I typed in the wrong social secuirity number when signing up. how can i change it? i bought this card literly an hour ago and put $80 on it already.
