PayPal Not Sending Receipts for Debit Card Transactions

We need this functionality as well.  It stopped working on 6/25 for us.

Same issues since 6/25. Very useful function. Only reason I use the paypal debit card above my bankcard. Please address asap.

OK. But that does not solve the problem, my post was to solve it, not hear from other people, who want to say that they had the same problem.
