For the last two days I haven't been able to buy anything with pay after delivery as all it is saying I can use is my debit card or an e-check. Have I lost it, is their a bug or what? And I have tried sexeral items and they are all saying the same thing.
I am having the same problem. Pay after Delivery shows up as an option sometimes and sometimes not, even for the same seller on the same day for the same type of item! (earrings). Sometimes Paypal shows it will charge my checking account, sometimes it shows my debit card, sometimes it says e-check. I can't figure out what's going on. It's all on ebay, same seller, same day, similar purchase amounts...on-off, on--off...
I have same problem as everyone. Pay after delivery worked one time and not again. Shows my bank then my debit and my preferred pay method is set as. PAD. Why put a feature that you can't get good information about. I like it because I can budget. But I think I just caused myself to have return payments thinking when bank shows its auto set to use PAD but I'm gone to pay for something I'm not getting by overdrawn checking thinking I'll have 14 days and I'll be paid. Thanks PayPal I'm at a lost. My first experience was my only then bam cost me.
I am having the same problem. It has never worked for me for any purchase. I called and they said there is no problem with y account bu they cant control it. Super annoying when I have friends who use it all of the time for all of their purchases!
