MultiOrder Shipping Not Working - Secure Connection Failed Error

I have been having issues launching the multi order shipping tool.  It has worked in the past with no issues so I am not sure if it is me or a Paypal issue.   I am getting the error below no matter what brower I use.  I have tried IE, Chrome, and FireFox and still have the same problem.   Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here...not sure what's going on...I've tried multiple browsers with no resolution!  😞

We are getting that error about half the time. 

The other half the time we manage to login but are getting a ton on "No XML returned" errors. We have not been able to use multiorder shipping since last week because of these.
