Getting A Refund On PayPal Credit

Is there sometrhing elemental I'm missing here? I bought an item using PayPal Credit. I returned the item and the merchant refunded back through PayPal Credit. That took place 12 hours ago. While PayPal Credit lists the refund transaction, my PayPal balance is 0 and my PayPal Credit balance remains unchanged. In other words, a refund has been entered but the funds are not available either to use, withdraw or apply to the PayPal credit balance. Is there an extended waiting period in effect? I've been using PayPal Credit for some time now but this is the first time I have had a refund through it.

No worries.  If you paid via PPCredit, it did go back to PPcredit.  It can take 24/48 hours to post.  Just like any other credit/debit card refund.   If you don't see it in a few days call them 866-528-3733
