Chinese receipts

The past couple of times I've bought something using PayPal I get the receipt in Chinese anyone know why?

This has happened to me too, and when i attempt to login to my account, its also in Chinese

Same here, I also was logging into the mobile version of website which was completely in Chinese (or other Asian text) however recently have been unable to log into the mobile version of website, and the text on paypal.com is now in English. Receipts still all are coming in Chinese though.
