Card Reader not working on Motorola Electrify M

I have a US Cellular Motorola Electrify M; I cannot get the card reader to work, I have tried 2 different readers.  It works fine on my girlfriends Samsung Mesmerize, so I know it's not the reader itself.

Are there any settings on my phone I can change; or will there be an update for supported devices anytime soon?

You would need to call 1-888-433-5482 and ask.  Don't think there's any phone settings, it's kind plug and play but, you never know.
