My payee would like me to send via "Friend to Friend" to her email address. Where is that option located?
Assuming you both have US accounts -
Login in to your account.
Click on "Send & Request"
There's two options:
Send to Friends and family in the US and Send to Friends and family internationally.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
