HOw long does it take to get a gift$ to someone?

Paypal payments are more or less instant but allow 2 hours.
That is unless you are sending an echeque but that happens normally if you don't have a back up card linked to your paypal account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
