Hi, i am trying to buy car parts on ebay and i tried entering in my card information to paypal but when i click continue and pay it just freezes for 30 seconds, then says payment option failed. i re entered everything three more times and i even called my bank, they said nothing is wrong with my account and they don't know why it isnt accepting it. help
