Is there a way to pay online with the balance you have in your PayPal account? When I hit the pay with PayPal button to try to get me to link a card. I would just like to pay with what I have in my account already.

You can pay using funds in your paypal balance BUT you need to add a card to verify your paypal account first.

PAYPAL loves to see its members pay with Paypal fund as it does not have to pay credit card fee,so link a card,you will be all set to use your Paypal fund,spend,spend,spend !
