You need to verify your card and bank account in order to increase the limit.
To verify your card, you need to go to your wallet and click "Confirm card". PayPal will charge you $1.95 with a 4-digit code that will be posted on your Statement of Account. Once confirmed, PayPal will refund the charge back to your card after 3-5 business days.
To verify your bank account, PayPal will deposit 2 small amounts to the bank account you entered. You need to input this 2 amounts when asked to verify your bank account.
You only have three tries to input the correct code and amounts.
