Wont let me send money. I"ve had paypal since 1999. I've never had an issue. Does anyone know what's up? Are there some characters in note not allowed? Not giving me any info except: "If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." and it goes back to the payment screen.

Also, it was online using chrome. I had to use ios paypal app instead and had no problem sending but it's annoying not to be able to send when im' on computer.
