so a friend of mine has a visa gift card and he wants to use it to pay for a digital art commission, however he is getting this message: "Sorry, but your card issuer declined this payment. To complete your purchase, try a different card."
note that i am having him pay via an invoice
most of everything i'm seeing about this issue is to either a) change settings on your paypal account or b) contact your bank
the issue with a) is that he is underage so he cannot actually make a paypal account.
he did verify with me that his card does have enough money on it to pay for the commission.
i told him to both call his bank and try to pay again tomorrow, but help would be appreciated!! thank you!
