I'm struggling to validate my empower account please assist,anyone who has a light.please give me steps to follow

empower account??? is it still on paypal? paypal only  have business and personal account. be specific.

They send me a code to confirm my bank card and I did,when I try to validate it says we are unable to validate your identity and don't know what to do because I need to cashout

Yes its still in PayPal,the message I get says I.'ve successfully signed for prescribe payment

i suggest for you to call Paypal customer Support  Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" so they can confirm your bank over the phone.

just dial Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us" that's the phone number for paypal customer service... then givethem the small deposits so that they can confirm your bank for you 🙂
