I transferred money to my bank account, but it was one that is inactive. I don't know what to do!

If its pending then contact c.s. and see if they can stop it.

If its completed and the account is closed then it 'should' bounce back to your paypal account balance (allow 30 days) and there may be a paypal charge for the failure.
