Withdrawing from PayPal Account

I dont have a  job. I dont pay any bills. I'm only looking to withdraw the money from my PayPal account.

Should i go to the CHASE bank and make an account there JUST to withdraw the money from this Paypal Account? is that a thing i can do?

I was never thought any of this in school. I'm only NOW realizing ANYTHING about bill payments.

Im very much aware its a different Card. 

I'm letting you know that i never received since Nov.1st !

Where is it ? Its been waaaay too long. I never gotten a confirmation about the application after i finished it.

before there was no monthly fee for that.. maybe there's an update on the system recently.

There is always a monthly fee ,if you read the details,Bankcorp bank is holding the money ,why should it be free?

May be you are getting it confused with Paypal business debit card which is free.
