Wann erscheint eine ÜBERWEISUNG auf meinem Konto als abgebucht

Hallo
Ich überwies heute, 29.11.2017, am VORMITTAG einen Betrag per Paypal auf ein anderes Paypal-Konto.
Doch der Betrag ist IMMER NOCH NICHT bei mir abgebucht, bzw. auf dem anderen Konto eingegangen.

Wie lange dauert das? - Vielen Dank für Info
