Verify Identify

We've used Paypal for years via our bank account. 

Now, we need to verify our identity, yet Paypal is refusing to perform this act. 

I've used the App to take a photo of driver's license, multiple times, and each time it's submitted. 

After waiting days, I signed into the website, and it shows they are not reviewing any items, and we still need to verify identity. 

In meantime, several subscriptions that use Paypal have not been paid. 

Netflix, Scrib, YoutubeTV, etc. 

I've had to move all these straight to separate credit card. 

Paypal is the most disappointing service nowadays, nothing like in the past. 

I strongly recommend not using Papal anymore.

What really sucks is we have a cash balance in our account. 

I ain't got the time in my busy schedule to hold, and handle a lot of nonsense I know they will throw our way - because I know Paypal is merely a shadow of what it used to be.

Hey - UPDATE - THEIR SURVEYS ARE FRAUDALENT!!!!!

I was asked by the system to take a survey after I created the topic. 

It wasn't a good survey - so, naturally, their system at the end said "The survey could not be submitted."

They don't want to hear about these problems, anf they definitely don't want their upper mgmt to know.

I may file a complaint with the government.
